BOSTON – Following their best year ever, Boston Realty Advisors, the Boston area’s largest independent real estate brokerage, and affiliated residential sales platform Advisors Living yesterday honored more than 30 of their associates with awards for outstanding achievement in 2021.
“Twenty years -- as we all see, we can’t do it alone,” said company Founder and Senior Partner Jason Weissman, who was introduced by Partner and Managing Principal Wil Catlin and welcomed more than 70 employees to the morning event at the Boston Center for the Arts.
“We’ve been able to work together for so many years -- now with these amazing new faces that have come on -- and this team is doing incredible things together,” Weissman said. “We’re creating a world-class real estate organization. In 2021 we had Covid, we had so many challenges, but what did we do with those challenges? We turned them into opportunities and had the absolute best year of the firm’s history.”
Boston Realty Advisors and associated companies including Advisors Living finished the firm’s 20th anniversary year with a record number of completed transactions, more than 750 sales and leases of commercial and residential properties in the Greater Boston area -- and more than $1 billion in total volume.

The awards program highlighted last year’s sales and leasing achievements, including the final sales of the luxury condominiums at record per-square-foot prices at Pier 4 in the Seaport, developed by Tishman Speyer, all 106 units selling at an average price of $3.5 million.
“Thank you for trusting me,” Merit McIntyre, President and Chief Executive Officer of Advisors Living, said in closing the awards program. “There were a lot of people here who were betting on our success. I say this often, but to have an excellent company you need excellent people, and when you have them you will attract more.”
